Apna Cover Letter Likhna Seekhe

Step 1:  

Kuch bhi client ko likhne se pehle uske job post ko acchi tarike se padh le aur samajh le ki woh kya work chahta hai.

Step 2:  

Apne letter ki shuruaat jyada formal tarike se bilkul bhi na kare aap freelancing kar rahe hai aur jo ki yeh smart way hai project paane ka aur ha aap koi robot nahi ho toh starting wahi boring Dear Sir/Maam ya fir Dear Hiring Manager se bilkul bhi na kare ye outdate ho chuka hai.

Aapko agar apne client ko greet karna hai toh aap Hi Mr./Ms/Dr. XYZ ya phir Hello XYZ kar sakte hai.

Step 3:  

Pehle paragraph mein apna background information dena hai jaise ki apka naam aur apki location. Iske baad client ko yeh bataye ki aapne uske job post ka har ek point achi tarah se padh liya hai saath hi saath aapko samajh aa gaya hai ki client ki kya need hai.

Agar aapke paas client ke liye koi question ya fir suggestion ho toh woh bhi aap is section mein  pooch le kyuki ye first paragraph hai aur aapka client asani se use notice kar lega.

Step 4:  

Is section me aapko client ko yeh batana hai ki jis field me client ne job post ki hai us field ke aap expert reh chuke  hain aur same projects aapne pehle bhi complete kiye hai.

Step 5:  

Ab aapko apne latest ya fir best complete kiye gaye projects ko show karna hai. Aap point wise unhe show kar sakte hai aur dhyan rahe ki aap URL bhi saath me de.Jyada se jyada 6 work add kare.

Aap files bhi attach kar sakte jaise ki agar koi graphic designing ka work kiya ho tab.

Step 6:  

Aap unko bata sakte hai ki aap din me kitne ghante unke project ko de sakte hai.

Agar aap full time freelancer hai toh aap likh de ki aap 60 hours per week available rehte aur yeh bhi bata de ki aap aap hamesha deadline se pehle hi work submit kar dete hai.

Step 7:  

Cover Letter ko close karte waqt aap use uske is project ke liye shubh kamnaye de aur thanks keh ke letter khatam kare.
